Kathy simpsonKathy started with Adairsville Eye Associates in October of 2007. She oversees the efficient operations of our premier optometry clinic. With a strong background in healthcare management, Kathy ensures a seamless patient experience from scheduling appointments to post-visit follow-ups. She is dedicated to maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, while also optimizing the clinic’s workflow for maximum efficiency.

Gena

Gena RichardsonGena started with our clinic in 2004. She specializes in retinal photography, glaucoma screenings, dry eye, along with contact lens fitting and eyeglass repairs, and adjustments.

Gena holds a Master Cosmetology license, which ensures she is up-to-date on the safety/sanitation of our clinical equipment. She graduated in 2016 with an Associate’s in Business from Shorter University and lives by the motto, “If you are not learning, you are not growing.”


Tracey

Tracey RogersTracey is a skilled and passionate Optician at Adairsville Eye Associates, dedicated to helping patients achieve both clear vision and stylish eyewear. She works closely with each patient to select frames and lenses that complement their prescription, lifestyle, and personal taste, ensuring a comfortable and precise fit.

Outside of the clinic, Tracey enjoys fashion and staying active through regular workouts. Her sense of style, attention to detail, and commitment to wellness translate into a professional approach that makes every patient’s optical experience personalized, enjoyable, and seamless.


Kea

Kea GarniganKea serves as both an Optometric Technician and Practice Administrator at Adairsville Eye Associates, playing an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic. She assists patients at the front desk, supports clinical pre-testing, and helps manage contact lens services to ensure each visit runs smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Outside the office, Kea is passionate about basketball and actively coaches her sons’ teams. Her leadership, teamwork, and dedication on the court reflect the same energy and commitment she brings to caring for our patients and supporting our practice.


Milan

Milan RobertsonMilan joined Adairsville Eye Associates in 2022 and has become an integral part of our clinical team. She is a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) through the American Optometric Association, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and excellence in patient care.

Milan specializes in patient care, contact lens services, and creating a welcoming environment for every patient who visits our clinic. From pre-testing to hands-on clinical support, she ensures each appointment runs smoothly while helping patients feel comfortable and informed.

In addition to her work in optometry, Milan has a background in cinematography, bringing creativity and attention to detail to everything she does. She is also actively involved in working with mental health nonprofit organizations, demonstrating her passion for serving and supporting her community both inside and outside the clinic.


Julie

Julie WrightJulie joined our practice in 2026 as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT), bringing a strong clinical skillset and a warm, welcoming presence to our team. She plays an essential role in greeting patients, performing thorough pre-testing and work-ups, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly and efficiently.

Julie is passionate about delivering a comfortable, personalized experience while supporting the doctors with accurate and detailed clinical information. She also assists patients with contact lens training, troubleshooting, and education to help them feel confident with their vision correction


Shaina

ShainaShaina joined Adairsville Eye Associates in 2026 as a Front Desk Administrator. In her role, she is often the first point of contact for patients, helping ensure each visit runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. She assists with scheduling, patient coordination, and administrative support, while working closely with the clinical and optical teams to create an organized and welcoming environment for every patient.

Shaina is committed to providing friendly, attentive service and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. She takes pride in making sure patients have a positive experience and that their needs are handled efficiently.

Outside of the office, Shaina enjoys spending time with family and friends and being active in her community.
